President’s Form
Immediately following your
local PTA unit election, submit information about the president
and treasurer to PCCPTA by clicking
PCCPTA Online Form. Please submit as
soon as possible.
Print a copy before sending it.
If you get
an error, please mail in the form below.

There is also a form in the
May issue of the Florida PTA Bulletin which
must be completed and
returned to Florida PTA in order to receive the President’s Kit of
Materials and membership cards for the coming year.
Information
must be submitted to both PCCPTA and Florida PTA, even if officers are re-elected to another term.
